WE STAND READY TO HELP AFGHANISTAN’S GIRLS AND BOYS. BUT WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT.
About 600,000 people of which an estimated 310,000 are children – live in the five districts in Baghlan that have been severely impacted by the floods.
3690 houses across the country impacted, additionally causing huge damage to livestock, agriculture and livelihoods.
Save the Children Afghanistan is actively collaborating with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), local partners, and other stakeholders to plan and provide essential support to affected communities.
PLEASE DONATE TO SAVE LIVES.
Your donations can help address the following as soon as is operationally possible:
- Distribution of cash and kitchen kits, hygiene kits and clean drinking water to help families meet basic needs such as food and shelter.
- Distribtuion of warm clothing and blankets for adults and children
- Providing children with health, mental health and psychosocial support.
Our work in Afghanistan will not stop. We will stay and help children rebuild their lives. But we need your generosity and compassion to make this possible.
Your donations will be channelled to our Children’s Emergency Fund and used to empower children and their families devastated by crisis – like those in Afghanistan – to stay safe, healthy and to rebuild their lives. Your donations will support children wherever the need is greatest.
