With support from the Youth Development Commission and the Government of the HKSAR, this exchange programme enabled 30 secondary school students from 26 Hong Kong schools to travel to Tokyo, Japan, with the aim of enhancing their mental well-being.
Prior to departure, participants engaged in preparatory activities including an adventure day camp and a personality assessment, designed to encourage self-discovery, strengthen interpersonal communication, and build confidence. Throughout the exchange, daily reflection exercises promoted self-awareness and self-appreciation.
