Edmine, aged 8, lives with her grandparents in a village of Mananjary district in Madagascar. Edmine and her family were among those hit by cyclones on 2022, their crops were destroyed and their house fell down. They had difficulty feeding themselves. Not only that, but the children had to stop school because the school supplies got wet, the school was flooded for a fortnight.
With the contribution of Save the Children, children could go back to school and they could start a pig breeding project so that the family could meet its daily needs.
